Circular Letter No. 3488 — Amending Circular Letter No. 3,463 of 2010 Regarding the Deadline to Discontinue Submission of Document 2211 - Daily Aggregated Data of Credit Operations

Paragraph 9 of Circular Letter No. 3,463 of 2010 is amended to establish September 5, 2011, as the final deadline for submitting Document 2211 (Daily Aggregated Data of Credit Operations), after which submission is discontinued. This circular enters into force on the date of its publication, February 17, 2011, and applies to the entities responsible for transmitting these files as defined in Circular Letter No. 3,419 of 2009.

Amending Circular Letter No. 3,463 of 2010, regarding the deadline to discontinue submission of Document 2211 - Daily Aggregated Data of Credit Operations.

Paragraph 9 of Circular Letter No. 3,463 of August 6, 2010, shall henceforth read as follows:

"9. The document with code 2211 - Daily Aggregated Data of Credit Operations, for file transfer, as provided for in item I of paragraph 1 of Circular Letter No. 3,419 of December 10, 2009, must be submitted until the base date of September 5, 2011, inclusive, when its submission will be discontinued."

This circular letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
