RESOLVE:
Art. 1. Article 13 of Circular Letter No. 3,540 of February 23, 2012 shall be effective with the following wording:
"Art. 13. The information for document code 2211 must be sent by the base date of February 28, 2013, inclusive, from which its submission will be discontinued."
Art. 2. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
