Circular Letter No. 3597 — Amends the sole paragraph of Article 4 of Circular Letter No. 3,540 of February 23, 2012, regarding procedures for transmitting information to the Credit Information System (SCR)

The Head of the Department of Financial System Monitoring (Desig), in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 22, item I, clause "a" of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), annexed to Ordinance No. 29,971 of March 4, 2005, pursuant to the provisions of Article 15 of Circular Letter No. 3,567 of December 12, 2011,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. The sole paragraph of Article 4 of Circular Letter No. 3,540 of February 23, 2012, shall be effective with the following wording:

"Sole paragraph. Additions, alterations, or exclusions of fields, domains, or subdomains in the layouts of the documents referred to in Article 2 shall be communicated through the issuance of a specific regulatory norm." (NR)

Article 2. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
