Circular Letter No. 4029 — Extends the deadlines for the implementation schedule of changes to the Layout and Filling Instructions of Document 3040 - Credit Risk Data and the discontinuation of sending the ACRP100 file, as addressed by Circular Letter 3,972 of September 5, 2019

The Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig) and the Head of the Department of Regulation, Supervision and Control of Rural Credit and Proagro Operations (Derop), in the exercise of the attribution conferred upon them by art. 23, item I, subparagraph “a”, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, based, respectively, on arts. 77, item III, and 98, item VII, of the aforementioned Regulations, and in view of the provisions of Resolution No. 4,571, of May 26, 2017, Circular No. 3,870, of December 19, 2017, and Circular Letter No. 3,869, of March 19, 2018,

RESOLVE:

Art. 1 Circular Letter No. 3,972, of September 5, 2019, shall come into force with the following changes:
