Circular Letter No. 4034 — Amends, due to the impacts of Covid-19 on the economy, the deadlines for submitting documents 3040 - Credit Risk Data, 3050 - Aggregate Credit and Leasing Statistics, and 5300 - Cooperative Relationship Information to the Central Bank of Brazil

The Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig) and the Head of the Statistics Department (Dstat), in the exercise of the powers conferred upon them by art. 23, item I, subparagraph "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, in view of the provisions respectively in arts. 77, items III and IV, and 103, item I of the aforementioned Regulations, and based on the provisions of Circular Letters Nos. 3,869, of March 19, 2018, and 3,905, of August 31, 2018,

RESOLVE:

Art. 1 Financial institutions and other institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil must observe the following deadlines for submitting to the Central Bank of Brazil the documents related to the base dates from April to November 2020 specified below:

I - Document 3040 - Credit Risk Data: until the 11th (eleventh) business day of the month following the respective base date;

II - Document 3050 - Aggregate Credit and Leasing Statistics: until the 6th (sixth) business day following the respective base date;

III - Document 5300 - Cooperative Relationship Information: until the last business day of the month following the respective base date.

Art. 2 This Circular Letter comes into force on the date of its publication.
