Risk Rating Agencies must update VRDOP risk classification reports at least twice yearly, with the next deadline on November 30, 2025. Agencies must exercise due diligence to verify issuances are active in the RPMV and promptly issue pronouncements if events could modify existing classifications. On the same date as report issuance, agencies must publish the classification on their website and submit it to the issuer and the SMV. These obligations apply unless securities are registered in the "Institutional Investors Market" section of the RPMV without being in the general regime or MAV.
