Amends and consolidates the normative acts that provide for the Credit Information System (SCR).
The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes it public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on September 29, 2022, based on the provisions of Article 4, items VI and VIII, of the aforementioned Law, Article 2 of Law No. 4,728, of July 14, 1965, Article 1 of Decree-Law No. 70, of November 21, 1966, Article 7 of Law No. 6,099, of September 12, 1974, Article 1, sole paragraph, item XIII, and sole paragraph, items I and VII, of Complementary Law No. 105, of January 10, 2001, Article 12 of Complementary Law No. 130, of April 17, 2009, and taking into account the provisions of Article 3, items V and VI, of Law No. 4,595, of 1964, Articles 106 and 107 of Law No. 13,097, of January 19, 2015, Article 22 of Law No. 12,810, of May 15, 2013, and Article 9 of Law No. 12,865, of October 9, 2013,
