The Office of Foreign Assets Control solicits comments on the effectiveness of its licensing procedures for exporting agricultural commodities, medicine, and medical devices to Sudan, Libya, and Iran. This request fulfills the biennial reporting requirement under section 906(c) of the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000. Written comments must be received by September 8, 2004, to be considered for the report to Congress.
