The Office of Foreign Assets Control solicits written comments on the effectiveness of its licensing procedures for exporting agricultural commodities, medicine, and medical devices to Sudan and Iran. The agency requires submissions by January 10, 2007, to support a biennial report to Congress mandated by the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000. Comments must be directed to the Licensing Division at the Department of the Treasury and will be made part of the public record.
