Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/884 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/930 regarding ESMA supervision fees for consolidated tape providers
The European Commission amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/930 to extend ESMA supervision fees to consolidated tape providers (CTPs). The regulation establishes a fixed authorisation fee of EUR 100,000 for CTPs and sets a special regime with a fixed annual supervisory fee of EUR 400,000 for new CTPs during their initial years of operation. It also defines the methodology for calculating annual supervisory fees based on applicable turnover and specifies pro-rata calculations for CTPs starting operations in different parts of the year.
