Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/395 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/979
The European Commission amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/979 to update the machine-readable data required for prospectus classification and incorporation by reference. Competent authorities must now include metadata for EU Growth and EU Follow-on prospectuses, European Green Bonds, and exemption documents, and may submit this information via the notification portal. The amendment also expands the list of documents that may be incorporated by reference to include those approved under the repealed Directive 2003/71/EC and optional sustainable disclosure templates. These changes apply from 10 July 2026.
