Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2581 laying down implementing technical standards for the application of Directive 2013/36/EU with regard to provision of information in applications for authorisation of a credit institution
Applicants for authorisation as a credit institution must submit information specified in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2580 using the template provided in the Annex. Competent authorities are required to publish contact details for application submissions and must assess applications for completeness, notifying applicants of any deficiencies or confirmation of receipt. This Regulation applies to applications submitted on or after 18 July 2023.
