Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/796 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 650/2014 regarding disclosure by competent authorities
The European Commission amends Implementing Regulation (EU) No 650/2014 to update the disclosure requirements for competent authorities under Directive 2013/36/EU. Competent authorities must now update specific information by 30 June each year, replacing the previous 31 July deadline, and must revise Annexes I through IV to reflect these changes and align with Directive (EU) 2019/2034. The regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
