The Chief Executive must approve and sign the completed template, which requires rating development stages 0–3 for each sub-element and providing quantitative data if progress is affirmative. Institutions may rely on TCFD disclosures if the position date is within nine months, and must specify if risks are immaterial. Responses must be submitted to gsf@hkma.iclnet.hk or by mail.
