Communication CBFA_2008_11 on Recognition of External Credit Assessment Institutions (ECAIs)
The CBFA updates the recognition of the Japan Credit Rating Agency (JCR) as an eligible External Credit Assessment Institution (ECAI) under Article V.12 of the October 17, 2006 regulation on own funds.
