Compilation of Securities Market Rules - Regulatory Modifications to Improve the Authorization Process
The Superintendencia de Servicios Financieros replaces Articles 7, 8.1, 8.5, 11, 16.1, 16.7, 16.13, 29, 40, 52, and 53.3 of Book I of the Securities Market Rules to update registration requirements for public offering issuers and securities.
