Conditional Approval of United Texas Bank Conversion to National Bank and Fiduciary Powers

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency conditionally approves United Texas Bank's application to convert to a national bank under OCC Charter Number 25377, exercise fiduciary powers, and retain its branches, subsidiaries, and investments. The bank must enter into a Consent Order within three business days of the conversion effective date and satisfy nine pre-conversion requirements, including purchasing fidelity bond coverage and implementing standardized operating agreements for foreign correspondent bank customers. Fiduciary activities must commence within 18 months of approval, and the bank is authorized to operate its Merit and Royal branches in Dallas, Texas. The approval automatically terminates if the conversion is not consummated within six months.
