Consent Order Imposing Civil Money Penalty on A&S World Trading Incorporated

FinCEN imposes a $275,000 civil money penalty on A&S World Trading Incorporated, doing business as Fine Fragrance, for willfully violating the Los Angeles Fashion District Geographic Targeting Order by failing to report 114 currency transactions totaling approximately $2,330,000. Antonio Campos, the former owner and CEO, admits to the violations and agrees to assume liability for the penalty payment to the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The order requires Campos to fully cooperate with FinCEN in any related investigations and prohibits him from claiming tax benefits for the penalty payment.
