CONSENT ORDER IMPOSING CIVIL MONEY PENALTY
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has conducted a civil enforcement investigation and determined that grounds exist to impose a Civil Money Penalty against UBS Financial Services Inc.
