Corporate Decision 1363 — Approval of Merger Between Fulton Bank, NA and Blue Foundry Bank

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency approves the merger of Blue Foundry Bank, Rutherford, New Jersey, into Fulton Bank, National Association, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The resulting institution is authorized to retain and operate offices of both banks and may retain Blue Foundry’s inactive subsidiary, TrackView LLC, subject to prior notice under 12 CFR 5.34(f). Fulton must advise the OCC at least 10 days in advance of the effective date, which must follow the Department of Justice’s injunction period, and must submit an executed merger agreement and Federal Reserve approval to consummate the transaction. The approval automatically terminates if the merger is not consummated within six months of the approval date.
