Counter Narcotics Designations; Russia-related Designations Removals; Publication of Report for Licensing Activities Undertaken Pursuant to the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act (TSRA)
The United States Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added ten individuals and entities to the Specially Designated Nationals List for facilitating cross-border fuel smuggling for the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generacion. Concurrently, OFAC removed four Indian entities from the list under Executive Order 14024. The agency also published its Quarterly Report of Licensing Activities for January through March 2026 regarding exports to Iran.
