Counter Terrorism Designations; Issuance of Counter Terrorism General License; Issuance of Amended Russia-related General License
Counter Terrorism General License 36 authorizes the wind down of transactions involving Autistici Inventati, and Russia-related General License 104B authorizes transactions related to imports of certain diamonds prohibited by Executive Order 14068. The Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List is updated to add individuals Zaid Abdulnasser and Rawa Alsagheer, plus entities Autistici Inventati, Masar Badil, and Palestine Action. These designations identify secondary sanctions risk under section 1(b) of Executive Order 13224, as amended by Executive Order 13886, with a release date of 08/26/2026.
