Cross-Reference Checklist Review
The Commission commenced a Cross-Reference Checklist Review of Bond and fixed income applications effective June 1, 2019. Issuers, Issuing Houses, Financial Advisers, and all relevant parties must file a duly filled Cross-Reference Checklist along with their relevant applications. This review runs for six months and serves as a precursor to the implementation of the Deemed Approval Regime.
