CSSF Regulation No 22-05 amends CSSF Regulation No 10-04 by introducing definitions for sustainability risks and sustainability factors and requiring management companies to consider sustainability risks when complying with organizational, resource, and compliance obligations. The amendment adds an obligation for investment companies to integrate sustainability risks into the management of UCITS based on the nature, scale, and complexity of their activity. It also assigns senior management responsibility for integrating sustainability risks into investment policies, strategies, and risk management processes.
