Subject: Electronic Declaration of Conformity – CVM Instruction No. 510/2011

Dear Investment Autonomous Agent,

1. CVM Instruction No. 510, of December 5, 2011, establishes in its Article 1, item II, that the participants indicated in its Annex I must, through a system available on the CVM page on the worldwide computer network, confirm between the 1st and 31st of May each year that the information contained in the forms (CVM Registration) remains valid.

2. To do this, the investment autonomous agent must access the address http://www.cvm.gov.br on the worldwide computer network page, select the option: MARKET PARTICIPANTS; then Update Registration; enter CPF and password and then, select the option Electronic Declaration of Conformity and, then, Verify Registration Data.

3. If the data are not correct, the agent must make the necessary updates through the ANCORD – National Association of Brokers and Distributors of Securities, Currency and Commodities – page on the worldwide computer network, at the address http://www.ancord.org.br, and, in case of doubts, contact by phone (11) 3242-6322 or electronic address ancord@ancord.org.br.

4. After having made the updates/corrections to your Registration, the investment autonomous agent must wait about 2 (two) hours to access the CVM page again and carry out the procedures provided for in paragraph No. 2 above. If the data are updated, return to the option Electronic Declaration of Conformity and select Send Form.

5. We remind you that the Electronic Declaration of Conformity of an investment autonomous agent company may be forwarded by any partner who appears as linked to the company in the CVM Registration.

6. We highlight that the obligation contained in CVM Instruction No. 510/2011 will only be considered fulfilled if the Electronic Declaration of Conformity is sent during the period from May 1 to May 31, 2014.

7. We alert that, according to the provisions of Article 3 of the aforementioned Instruction, the failure to send the Electronic Declaration of Conformity subjects the participant to a daily penalty fine of R$ 200.00 (two hundred reais), when it is a legal entity, and R$ 100.00 (one hundred reais), when it is a natural person.
