CVM Deliberation No. 178 of February 13, 1995
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) mandates the semi-annual publication of the names of publicly held companies whose registration status has been outdated for more than six months. This disclosure is required to be published in the Official Gazette and the CVM's designated communication channels to ensure market transparency. The regulation entered into force on the date of its publication.
