THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Collegiate Board, in a meeting held on this date, based on Article 18, II, a and c of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976,
HAS DECIDED:
Art. 1. The deadlines provided for in Article 17, main text, and item II, of CVM Instruction No. 220, of September 15, 1994, are extended for 30 (thirty) days, starting from the date of this Instruction.
Art. 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
