THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Collegiate Board, in a meeting held on 10.03.95, based on Article 18, items II, a, and c of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976,
RESOLVED:
Art. 1. The deadlines provided for in Article 17, main text, and item II of CVM Instruction No. 220, of September 15, 1994, are extended to June 30, 1995.
Art. 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
