CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 425 OF OCTOBER 31, 2005.
Amends the deadline established in Article 5 of Instruction 419, of May 2, 2005, with the wording given to it by Instruction 421, of July 26, 2005.
The PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes it known that the Collegiate Board, in a meeting held on this date, based on Article 18, item II, letter "c", of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, HAS DECIDED to issue the following Instruction:
Article 1. The deadline referred to in Article 5 of CVM Instruction No. 419, of May 2, 2005, with the wording given to it by Instruction 421, of July 26, 2005, is hereby extended to December 31, 2005.
Article 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Union.
