INSTRUCTION CVM NO. 119, OF MAY 31, 1990.
Alters Section 4 of Article 6 of CVM Instruction No. 116, of
03.05.90 and item V of Article 1 of CVM Instruction No.
113, of 13.03.90

The PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM - makes public that the Collegiate Body, in a session held on 30.05.90, in accordance with the provisions of item III of Article 2 of the Regulation annexed to CMN Resolution No. 1.120, of April 4, 1986, with the wording given by CMN Resolution No. 1.653, of October 25, 1989, and with the competence provided for in Articles 9, II and 11 of Law No. 6.385, of December 7, 1976,

RESOLVED:

Art. 1 Alter Section 4 of Article 6 of CVM Instruction No. 116, of May 3, 1990, which shall enter into force with the following wording:
"Section 4 The documents referred to in this article shall be made available to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and must be forwarded to this agency within a maximum period of 48 hours, when requested."

Art. 2 Alter item V of Article 1 of CVM Instruction No. 113, of March 13, 1990, which shall enter into force with the following wording:
"V - Distributor Companies (Section 4 of Article 6 of CVM Instruction No. 116, with the wording given by CVM Instruction No. 119)."

Art. 3 This Instruction shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Union, revoking any provisions to the contrary.
