CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 123, OF JUNE 12, 1990.
Amends item II, Article 7 of CVM Instruction No. 28, of 23.11.83

The BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION makes public that, in a session held on 06.06.90, and based on Articles 4 and 8 of Law No. 6.385, of 07.12.76, and considering the provisions of Chapter V of Law No. 6.404, of 15.12.76,

RESOLVED:

Article 1. Amend item II, Article 7, of CVM Instruction No. 28, of 23.11.83, which shall henceforth read as follows:

"Article 7. ...
II - financial institutions that, having as their corporate object the administration or custody of third-party assets, have been previously authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil to exercise the functions of fiduciary agent."

Article 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Union.
