CVM Instruction No. 125 (Revoked)

CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 125, OF JULY 4, 1990.

Amends Paragraph 4 of Article 6 of CVM Instruction No. 117, of 03.05.90 and Item IV of Article 1 of CVM Instruction No. 113 of 13.03.90

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION makes public that, in a session held on this date, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the Regulation annexed to CMN Resolution No. 1,655, of 26.10.89, with the wording given by CMN Resolution No. 1,724, of 27.06.90, and with the competence provided for in Articles 9, II and 11 of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976,

RESOLVED:

Article 1. Amend Paragraph 4 of Article 6 of CVM Instruction No. 117, of May 3, 1990, which shall enter into force with the following wording:

"Paragraph 4. The documents referred to in this article shall be made available to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and must be forwarded to this agency within a maximum period of 48 hours, when requested."

Article 2. Amend Item IV of Article 1 of CVM Instruction No. 113, of March 13, 1990, which shall enter into force with the following wording:

"IV - Brokerage Companies (Paragraph 3 of Article 7 of CVM Instruction No. 105, of October 26, 1989 and Paragraph 4 of Article 6 of CVM Instruction No. 117, of May 3, 1990, with the wording given by CVM Instruction No. 125, of July 4, 1990)."

Article 3. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Union, revoking provisions to the contrary.
