CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 126, OF JULY 4, 1990.

Amends Article 11 and paragraphs of CVM Instruction No. 117 of 03.05.90; revokes Article 15 of CVM Instruction No. 116, of 03.05.90, renumbering the following and Article 4 of CVM Instruction No. 121, of 06.06.90.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION makes public that the Collegiate Body, in a session on July 4, 1990, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 18, item II, letter "a", of Law No. 6.385 of December 7, 1976, and considering item IV of Art. 2 of Resolution CMN No. 1.655, of October 26, 1989, and item III of Art. 2 of Resolution CMN No. 1.120, of April 4, 1986, with the wording given to it by Resolution CMN No. 1.653, of October 26, 1989,

RESOLVED:

Art. 1. Amend Article 11 and paragraphs of CVM Instruction No. 117, of 03.05.90, which shall henceforth read as follows:

"Art. 11. Emoluments and other costs charged by the Stock Exchanges shall apply to the operations of brokerage companies."

Art. 2. Revoke Article 4 of CVM Instruction No. 121, of 06.06.90, and Article 15 of CVM Instruction No. 116, of 03.05.90, renumbering the remaining articles.

Art. 3. This Instruction enters into force on July 13, 1990.
