CVM Instruction No. 130 amends Article 1, Item I of CVM Instruction No. 67 to redefine the required corporate purpose of entities listed in Article 2 of Decree-Law No. 2,285. The amendment stipulates that these entities must be characterized as collective investment entities and have the application of resources in the domestic capital market as their exclusive object. This change removes the previous requirement for these entities to have exclusively this purpose, aligning their legal characterization with the new definition. The instruction entered into force on the date of its publication.
