RESOLVED:
Art. 1. Non-compliance with Articles 117 and its paragraphs, 153, 154 and its §§ 1st and 2nd, 155 and its §§ 1st and 2nd, 156 and its § 1st, 165, 201, 202 and its § 5th, 205 and its § 3rd, 245, 254 and its §§ 1st and 2nd, 255 and its §§ 1st and 2nd, and Article 273 of Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, is considered a serious offense, warranting the application of the penalties provided for in items III and VI of Article 11 of Law No. 6,385/76, in addition to the cases already provided for in CVM normative acts.
Art. 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
