Provides for the disclosure, by Stock Exchanges, of information regarding the options market.
The BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM, makes it known that in a meeting held on this date, and in view of the provisions of item III of article 4 and item II, letter "a" of article 18 of LAW NO. 6,385, of December 7, 1976,
RESOLVED:
Art. 1. Stock Exchanges shall disclose, in the daily bulletin, the operations carried out in the options markets, which represent strategies that result in predetermined gains, such as those known as "Box".
Art. 2. The information shall cover the series and quantities of options traded, the respective agreed prices, as well as the open positions.
Art. 3. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
