CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 307, OF MAY 7, 1999.
Amends Article 1 of CVM Instruction No. 281, of June 4, 1998, which provides for the registration of public distribution of debentures by financial credit securitization companies.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION – CVM makes it known that the Collegiate Board, in a meeting held on this date, having in view the provisions of Articles 19 and 20 of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, and Articles 1, sole paragraph, item II, “a”, and 5 of Central Monetary Council Resolution No. 2,493, of May 7, 1998, HAS RESOLVED to issue the following Instruction:
Article 1
Article 1 of CVM Instruction No. 281, of June 4, 1998, shall be effective with the following wording:
“Article 1
The financial credit securitization company may issue, for public distribution, simple debentures, in accordance with Central Monetary Council Resolution No. 2,493, of May 7, 1998, observing the provisions of this Instruction.”
Article 2
This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Union.
