Brokerage companies and distribution leaders must ensure trading of Subscription Receipts to be Fully Paid occurs within seven business days of CVM registration, between registration and capital increase approval. Leaders guarantee receipt legitimacy and must publish specific notices and announcements per CVM Instruction No. 31 before launch. This applies to secondary distributions and excludes public subscription formations. Non-compliance constitutes a serious offense under Law No. 6,385. Brokerage companies must alert investors that revocation of the corporate resolution limits recovery to the guaranteed amount from the leader.
