CVM Instruction No. 385 of March 25, 2003

CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 385, OF MARCH 25, 2003.

Extends the end of the deadline referred to in item I of Article 21 of CVM Instruction No. 382, of January 28, 2003, which establishes norms and procedures to be observed in operations carried out with securities, on trading floors, and in electronic negotiation and registration systems on stock exchanges and futures and commodities exchanges.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM, makes public that the Collegiate Body, in a session held on this date, based on Article 18, item II, letters "a" and "c", of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, HAS DECIDED to issue the following Instruction:

Article 1

The deadline referred to in item I of Article 21 of CVM Instruction No. 382, of January 28, 2003, is extended to April 30, 2003.

Article 2

This Instruction shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Union.
