CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 468, OF APRIL 18, 2008

Amends CVM Instruction No. 461, of October 23, 2007, which regulates the regulated markets for securities and provides for the constitution, organization, operation, and extinction of stock exchanges, commodity and futures exchanges, and organized over-the-counter markets.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Collegiate Board, in a meeting held on April 15, 2008, based on Article 8, item I, and Article 18, item I, letter "f" of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, APPROVED the following Instruction:

Art. 1. Article 122 of CVM Instruction No. 461, of October 23, 2007, shall be effective with the following wording:

“Art. 122. The entities administering organized securities markets currently authorized by the CVM to operate, on a definitive or provisional basis, shall adapt their articles of association and their rules and the rules of the markets administered by them to the provisions of this Instruction, within a maximum period of 270 (two hundred and seventy) days, counted from its effective date. ......” (NR)

Art. 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Union.
