THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITY AND COMMODITIES COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Board, in a meeting held on December 8, 2015, based on the provisions of Articles 2, items VII and VIII, and 19, § 5, item I, of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, Article 43 of Law No. 12,249, of June 11, 2010, and Articles 10, 12, and 18 of National Monetary Council Resolution No. 4,263, of September 5, 2013, APPROVED the following Instruction:

Article 1. Article 18 of CVM Instruction No. 569, of October 14, 2015, shall be effective with the following wording:

“Article 18. The institutions mentioned in this Instruction must adapt to its provisions by February 26, 2016.” (NR)

Article 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
