CVM Instruction No. 576 amends the Monthly Report template for Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDC) by replacing the form in Annex A of CVM Instruction No. 489 with a new structure. The updated report requires administrators to disclose detailed asset classifications, including credit rights with and without substantial risk transfer, derivative positions, and segment-specific portfolios. It mandates granular reporting on credit behavior by maturity and delinquency, transaction volumes, and the top 25 debtors, alongside fee structures and liquidity metrics. The instruction becomes effective upon publication, with compliance required for reports covering February 2017 onwards.
