THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Board, in a meeting held on February 6, 2018, based on arts. 21 and 22 of Law No. 6.385, of December 7, 1976, APPROVED the following Instruction:

Art. 1. Article 21 of CVM Instruction No. 480, of December 7, 2009, shall be in effect with the following wording:

“Art. 21 ……

VI – REVOKED
……
§ 5. REVOKED
……” (NR)

Art. 2. Item VI and paragraph 5 of Article 21 of CVM Instruction No. 480, of 2009, are revoked.

Art. 3. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
