CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 618, OF JANUARY 28, 2020
Amends the entry into force deadline of provisions of CVM Instruction No. 612, of August 21, 2019.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Board, in a meeting held on this date, based on the provisions of art. 18, item II, letters “a” and “c” of Law No. 6.385, of December 7, 1976, APPROVED the following Instruction:

Art. 1st Art. 5 of CVM Instruction No. 612, of August 21, 2019, shall be effective with the following wording:

“ Art. 5 This Instruction enters into force on September 1, 2020, with the exception:
I – of the new wording given to § 1 of art. 25 of CVM Instruction No. 505, of September 27, 2011, which shall apply from March 2, 2020; and II – of the new wording given to §§ 5 to 8 of art. 4 of CVM Instruction No. 505, of September 27, 2011, which shall apply from May 4, 2020.” (NR)

Art. 2nd This Instruction enters into force on March 2, 2020.
