The PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM, makes public that the Collegiate Body, in a session held on this date, based on art. 16 of LAW NO. 6,385, of 12/07/76, and on items IV of RESOLUTION NO. 1,120, of 04/04/86, and II of RESOLUTION NO. 1,655, of 10/26/89, both of the National Monetary Council,

DELIBERATED:
I - To consider authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission, for the purposes of art. 3, sole paragraph, of the Regulation annexed to RESOLUTION NO. 1,120, the securities distribution companies authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil; II - To consider approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission, for the purposes of the provision of art. 3, § 2, of the Regulation annexed to RESOLUTION NO. 1,655, the brokerage companies authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil.
