THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF BRAZIL – CVM makes public that the Board, in a meeting held on December 19, 2023, based on the provisions of Articles 8, I, of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, APPROVED the following Resolution:

Art. 1 CVM Resolution No. 179, of February 14, 2023, shall enter into force with the following wording:

“Art. 13. This Resolution enters into force on June 1, 2023, except for Sections III and IV of Chapter VII-A of CVM Resolution No. 35, of 2021, with the wording given by Art. 7, which shall enter into force on November 1, 2024.” (NR)

Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
