Amends CVM Resolution No. 175, of December 23, 2022.
The PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION – CVM makes public that the Collegiate Board, in a meeting held on July 1, 2024, based on the provisions of Arts. 2, item V, 8, item I, 19 and 23, § 2, of Law No. 6.385, of December 7, 1976, Arts. 1.368-C to 1.368-F of Law No. 10.406, of January 10, 2002, and Arts. 8 and 9 of Law No. 14.260, of December 8, 2021, APPROVED the following Resolution:
Art. 1 The general part of CVM Resolution No. 175, of December 23, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union ("DOU") on December 28, 2022, and corrected in the DOU on March 31, 2023, shall enter into force with the following wording:
“Art. 110-A. A share class may be constituted with the specific purpose of investing resources in assets derived from projects that stimulate the productive chain of recycling (“ProRecicle share class”), which have been approved in accordance with Art. 3 of Law No. 14.260, of December 8, 2021.
§ 1 Only ProRecicle share classes may contain the term “ProRecicle” in their denomination.
§ 2 If all share classes of the fund are ProRecicle, its denomination may contain the suffix “ProRecicle”.
§ 3 The ProRecicle share class may invest resources in shares of fixed-income investment funds and fixed-income securities, provided that such investment is compatible with its liquidity needs to meet obligations.” (NR)

In addition to the periodic information provided for in the specific rule of the category to which the ProRecicle share class belongs, its administrator must publish on a page on the worldwide web, freely accessible to the general public, semi-annually, within thirty days after the end of the semester to which it refers, the electronic form whose content reflects Supplement N.” (NR)
