CVM RESOLUTION NO. 63, OF JANUARY 19, 2022

Revokes CVM Instruction No. 7, of September 21, 1979; CVM Instruction No. 14, of October 17, 1980; CVM Deliberation No. 9, of October 24, 1980; CVM Deliberation No. 443, of July 16, 2002; CVM Explanatory Note No. 14, of October 8, 1979; and CVM Explanatory Note No. 20, of October 17, 1980, due to the regulatory revision and consolidation process determined by Decree No. 10.139, of November 28, 2019.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF BRAZIL – CVM makes public that the Board, in a meeting held on January 18, 2022, based on the provisions of Art. 8, I, of Law No. 6.385, of December 7, 1976, and Art. 5 of Decree No. 10.139, of November 28, 2019, APPROVED the following Resolution:

Art. 1° The following are revoked:
I – CVM Instruction No. 7, of September 21, 1979; II – CVM Instruction No. 14, of October 17, 1980; III – CVM Deliberation No. 9, of October 24, 1980; IV – CVM Deliberation No. 443, of July 16, 2002; V – CVM Explanatory Note No. 14, of October 08, 1979; and VI – CVM Explanatory Note No. 20, of October 17, 1980.

Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on February 1, 2022.
