CVM SRE Guidelines for Public Offerings During Temporary System Unavailability
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) issued a market notice detailing procedures for interacting with the SRE System during a temporary system outage scheduled from June 3 at 8 PM to June 8 at 8 AM. While lead coordinators of public offerings must generally follow the systemic unavailability protocols outlined in Circular Letter CVM/SRE 2/2026, this notice grants an exception to the requirement of providing evidence of system unavailability via email support. Participants are advised to monitor the situation closely, as this extraordinary procedure applies only if systemic unavailability persists beyond the scheduled restoration time.
