___________________________________________________________________________ 12 DECISION of Národná banka Slovenska of 7 October 2014 on the setting of the countercyclical capital buffer rate The Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska, acting in accordance with Article 33g(1) of Act No 483/2001 Coll. on banks, as amended, has adopted this Decision:
Article I
This Decision sets the rate of the countercyclical capital buffer.
Article II
The Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska has decided that the countercyclical capital buffer rate shall be set at 0%
Article III
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 November 2014.
